How to Update a Member Sign In
If a member is absent from a meeting but they have medical leave approved by the Membership Committee, the Vice President will need to update the member sign in manually. This video explains how you do that.

How to Find Your SMS Account Balance
Today I am going to talk to you about the SMS Account balance.
SMS is used for a few things:
- Warn Members that their monthly venue fees are going to be charged to their credit cards in 3 days.
- Remind registered visitors the night before that they are expected at our meetings.
- Marketing special events.

How to Change the Value of the Monthly Venue Subscriptions
BNI members are charged monthly to pay for the venue, perhaps breakfast and other sundry items. This is done through a subsription in Purebiz that uses Stripe to handle payments via credit cards. This video show you how the change the value of that charge.

How To Use The New Applicant Checklist
Using the new applicant checklist ensures that new applicants are vetted quickly, efficiently and in accordance with the BNI Operations Manual. It also gives the Vice President control of the process and all other Membership Committee members all they need to make informed decisions about the people who they approve to join the chapter.
