User Charges
One User
If your business only requires one Purebiz user, this is the plan for you, obviously.
Three Users
If your business requires up to 3 Purebiz users, this is the plan for you, obviously.
Six Users
If your needs 4, 5 or 6 users this is the plan for you.
Twelve Users
If your business requires up to 12 Purebiz users, this is the plan for you.

Software Development Charges
As mentioned earlier, software development is a process that has some very specific steps. The time it takes to carry out each of this steps is highly variable and so therefore is the cost. Below is an estimate of the time each of these steps can take.
Introductory Meeting
No Charge. Graeme is happy to meet you via Zoom almost anytime for a 30 minute meeting. We will discuss what pain or what vision has prompted you to contact us.
Diagnostic Meeting
This where it starts to get tricky, the diagnostic meeting can be a difficult meeting. We don't know much about your business and how you work and you don't know what we can supply to you. An initial meeting will be held. Possibly two or three hours.
The job to be done is to map out exactly what the software customisation is to do and how it will do it. This is never easy. Graeme will ask lots of questions about the process and the business generally. We need to gather enough information to put the Build Cost Estimate together and a Build Plan for the project. We may decide to break the project up into stages. It is not wise too change too much to quickly in a business, employees become disoriented and we want to avoid that.
The Build Cost Estimate
We produce a series of Use Cases that are then used to break the project down into smaller pieces. Then we cost each of those pieces. Add all that up, multiply it by our charge our rate and come up with the Cost Estimate. We call it an estimate because requirements do change as the project progresses. Rather than increasing the cost estimate we try to put newly discovered requirements into a later stage of the project. Only if the change means we cannot meet our initial goal will these changes be included and the cost increased. This why the go meeting is so important. We need to be absolutely sure we can complete the project as set out for the price we have estimated. We dislike surprises of this kind just like you.
There is flat charge for Diagnostic meeting and the building of the Cost Estimate of $440AU plus GST.
First Iteration Delivery
We build the software in iterations. Which are like small upgrades. The first iteration is usually a big one. It sets the foundation for what is to come. Get the first iteration allows you to see where we are headed and try out what is there. Small course corrections can occur after any of the iterations.
Commitment
No charge for you to hit the go button. During this meeting the objectives and internal processed of the project are confirmed and we make sure you understand the cost and the time frame involved.

SMS Service Charges
Charges for SMS services are as follows:
- Dedicated Australian Phone Number: $12.00 plus GST.
- SMS messages: $0.14 plus GST per segment (160 characters).
